The Degussa Bank Banking+Brokerage App offers all the features you need to manage your personal finances anytime, anywhere. With this app, you can have your personal financial overview at your fingertips along with your personal contact person. Mobile banking is made simple and secure for everyone.

Please note:

The mobile mTAN procedure (Mobile/SMS-TAN) is legally prohibited in the app. The mTAN can only be used on the mobile device if you perform a TAN-required transaction (such as a transfer) via a different device than the one where you want to receive the mTAN (SMS). Therefore, we recommend activating the appTAN procedure for transaction approval in our app.

Supported Accounts:

All online-capable account types of Degussa Bank are supported. To use the app, you need to have an online banking-enabled account with Degussa Bank.

Requirements:

• The app is designed for iOS 15 and newer versions
• Camera access: for photo transfers via bill scanning or potentially scanning the invoice QR code and video calls with advisors in the Digital Bank Shop
• Microphone access: for calling advisors from the app in the Digital Bank Shop
• Permission to query phone status: for receiving the appTAN via a push notification to your device, the app needs access to call management

Security:

Our Internet banking uses secure HTTPS for connection establishment. You can protect the app with a password or alternatively use your fingerprint or facial recognition for authentication. During app setup, you need to enter your customer number, PIN, and full date of birth once. According to PSD2 directive, TAN approval is required every 90 days during login.
